Derelict mansion boss fight not triggering

Similar bug to the Black Crow map boss, I've experienced that one too. Difference is the Black Crow fight triggered, while I'm standing in the Varloch and Avelyne arena just watching her dance. Going out of the map does not work, tried getting another person in the instance to trigger it and it didn't work. Tried opening portals, going to second floor and teleporting to different checkpoints, no change. When I teleported to another person, Avelyne seems to bug on on her dancing.

Edit: Would just like to add that I went to do another map node and the Derelict Mansion now counts as map failed

SAME! Its very bugged i was locked in there the last time i tried this map and after boss fight, this time i wanted to do save it for last... seems likes i just wont do it anymore.
