Weapon Skill disappears from Hotbar on Zone swap

Using Scattering Calamity (Unborn Lich skill) Somehow on every area swap my weapon skill gets remove from the Hotbar. Messaged another guy playing it and he doesn't have that issue. Last bumped on Dec 21, 2025, 8:36:00 PM
