Follow-up on Double Karui Supporter Upgrade Purchase
I sent two emails - An ongoing thread since Thursday but no response since then - A second one that I sent but no response too. The issue is Xsolla threw an error while purchasing the 80 dollar upgrade. So I tried again and it errored out too. Then I saw a message from PoE website that I got the upgrade. So that's good. But then I checked Paypal, and it showed two purchases, but I only got one item. Why would anyone upgrade twice for the same supporter level when the store doesn't even allow buying the same. Xsolla said they will talk to their manager but got an email last night that due to their policies they cannot refund. It's up to GGG now to do their magic. [Removed by Support] TWO Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack. Is that even possible and why would anyone purchase it twice.
