characters wont load

Greeetingsi take the time to contact you because i love your game (POE2) but i cantplay because of bugs. i have tried everything internet and blogs suggest but theres no fix and i have lost the progress and hours invested in 2 characters.
They get stuck in the loading screen to different maps. i would love a fix or a bottom to take the character to a previous instance and have the chance to unstuck them. 
I hope you fix these issues because you have a great game. and this problems are important.

On the character selection screen, hold down your left Ctrl button as you click to enter the game on an affected character.
