Culling white mobs at 100% Teleporting around with lightning warp. Theory

You can now get enough culling strike threshold to cull white mobs at 100% hp. Video showing it off with jank gear Teleporting around with lightning warp.

You need to get over 234% extra culling strike threshold for a total of 334% with base 100%.

Culling on white mobs happen at 30% hp, so with this culling strike threshold we can Cull at 100,2% hp.

Where to get it:

Myris Uxor, unique helmet. Base 100%, Corrupted up to 122%.

Hearth of the well, unique jewel. Base 25%, Corrupted up to 30%.

Culling strike 2 support gem. 20% for 20 seconds after culling with melee skill.

Time lost jewels with increased effect if notable passives in radius. One of them medium range. This together with the 25% and 20% notable's on tree gives then total 56%

Small nodes 5% each. Can be increased with time lost jewel that have 20% effect of small passives going to 6% each. Total 18%, in clip I'm titan for 50% effect on there putting them to 7% each. Titan= Total 21%

Total= 249% culling strike threshold overshooting the target. This meaning you can go down a little at some slots.

Found this to be some cool tech, but I suck at build making and cant figure out a good single target dmg. Hope this inspires some cool build!

I found your post because I was trying to make a very similar build and I asked Grok if there were any helpful posts on the forum about 100% culling strike builds.

Well, I made my take on the 100% culling strike threshold build on hardcore. Things are still progressing slowly, and it's not a great build but it works. I sent you a PM with my contact info if you want to see how the build is going. I came up with several great tech that you might be interested in.

(After reading the op, I started a version using Witchhunter, the idea being that with the Witchhunter culling strike, you will cull every mob hit by the Lightning Warp, not only the one you aimed, then have the explosions from the ascendency and Decimating Strike, to hopefully also get magic and maybe rare mobs into culling strike range, and lastly have the 100 Weapon Set points, to be able to have a very different tree for your single target setup. I don't have too much time to play, though, so I'm not there yet, to provide any results. I will, as soon as I have something to tell. :)

I PMed you my Discord and PoE2 contact info if you want to connect. My build is hardcore viable, but its maybe a B-tier at best so far. Need to keep testing possibilities.
A quick update - haha, it is working and it is quite fun. The core concept of lightning warp plus the cull of the Witchhunter with your setup to cull at 100% feels brokenly strong. At least on my all over the place test character, the Witchhunter explosions are not enough to bring down rares or even magic mobs, currently, though. There is huge room for improvement though, I really just threw together some gear I had / was familiar with, of my Atalui's Bloodletting Bloodmage (Captain Lance).

My initial idea was to use maybe ball lightning with the whole Atalui's + Tecrods Undying Hate setup, but at least on some thrown together stuff, it did not work at all and also the triggering of Culling Strike II was clunky.

I did some very quick testing with using spears now in Weapon Set 2, and this definitely has more potential. Something around:
- A fast "Cull the Weak" for Culling Strike II procs and Frenzy Charge Generation
- Wind Serpent's Fury for Rares and so
- Snipers Mark and Rapid Assault to generate more charges
I still have a Blood Magic setup for the above reason, but this makes no real sense in the end, I guess, especially as you can just use lightning warp level 1 basically to have no mana cost there, so at some point I will probably respec, get rid of the Kaom's Heart, and have some spirit for charge generation and so. The current setup is (don't judge!^^):

A second and probably final update - I have to correct myself: In higher density maps and after skilling some generic AoE and physical damage, the Zealous Inquisition procs with this can be extremely strong. I uploaded two videos showing one "good" and one bad run. Everything is still totally janky and thrown together for testing purposes, but still. :)

Both are not the typical runs, usually it's somewhere in between, and when I don't try to be fast, or show something for a video, playing a bit more cautious I actually can finish maps (not every time, but... ;).

In general you can see, that if the mob density is high enough, everything gets instantly deleted (for the first video, see the three rares on the minimap, in the beginning, e.g., because from the game play, I at least can not see them, when warping in). Probably though, Lightning Warp is still more the funny meme build here, and just sitting on a Rhoa shooting out lightning arrows or whatever and triggering the culls this way would still be the technically better option.

For my build, mostly there are three issues, I would say. Firstly, to get going you need to find a white mob to cull with a skill supported by Culling Strike II (in my case Cull the Weak, it's fast, generates charges,...) - you see that in the first video in the beginning I need to find one first.
Secondly Lightning Warp at least on controller sometimes has targeting issues. Even though there are targets around which I can cull, if I face in the wrong direction, and sometimes I think for other reasons, it locks on to targets I can not cull, and then I'm standing/walking around casting without anything happening. (Maybe the other times it's me not having Culling Strike II refreshed.)
Thirdly the bossing setup is currently really subpar. My idea was for singled out rares to have frenzy charges and then use wind serpents fury, which at times actually is really good, even now, the backup of using Sniper's Mark and Rapid Assault is questionable at least, however... (I managed to get my last ascendency point in Sanctum with this setup though!^^) I was more focused on the culling and warping around part, the whole Blood Magic and Kaom's angle is definitely not worth it, as I said, it was more, because I used all this for my Blood Mage before. Having ES+Evasion and then some Spirit for Charge generation would help a lot, I think, but probably one can find way better stuff than the spear setup anyways.

What I was not aware before is, that the 100 Weapon Set points are not too useful in my case, at least, because you cannot skill gem sockets with a weapon set point. The character is (still): https://poe.ninja/poe2/profile/qpnoudb-9812/character/__DrJecull__
