POE2 - Missing Weapon Set Skill Points

I am currently 22 out of 24 weapon set skill points. The remaining skill points are from the quest "The Abominable Yeti" in interlude 3. I've tried killing the boss again and nothing drops to provide the points. The skull with the cross is still lit up.

I also have this problem. Only mine is with the sacrificial heart. When i return to the table the heart is there but i never recieved the skill points for it.

same here, killed the tei 20 times and never got the quest item, this is really annoying
