I didn’t receive my Twitch Drop item.
Two days ago, I watched Twitch to claim the in-game item Cloak of the Abyssal.
I already received the Storm of Valako Portal from subscribing to a channel, but I still haven’t received the Cloak of the Abyssal from watching Twitch for 3 hours. I clicked “claim” but the item has not been delivered to my account. The only item that appeared was the Storm of Valako Portal, which I received instantly after claiming.

At first, I waited, thinking the Cloak of the Abyssal might show up later, but now two days have passed and I still haven’t received it. That’s why I decided to write this.
