early access qualification not work on XSX in Taiwan

I'm a XSX user from Taiwan, there's no way to get EA qualification on my xbox shop,so I purchased the early access supporter pack on your official website yesterday.

But I still can't log on XSX right now.

and when I switched my console region into US,the shop works,every supporter pack can be purchased on it.

I want to play normally on my console and I don't need you to refund my payment, because I do never know if I purchase on shop in US,will it work when I turn back in Taiwan?

So,is there any technical support can I have to solve this problem and join poe2?
