Build of the week submission - Chronomancer Goddess of Time

Hello I have never made a build guide before and am kind of bad at typing this out and formatting it correctly like all the other amazing build creators here. I wanted to showcase a build that needs nothing crazy to be good. Its viable anywhere no matter what.

there is a lot of improvement that can be done.

For example for blashemy, you should add support gem "Slow Potency" which increase magnitude of slow.

As for passive point at beginning, i highly suggest just take energy shield, because the first node gave you flat ES. If you got extra spirit feel free to slam "heightened Curse". Add with Apex of moment, normal mob easily cap at 75%.
