Cant play the game for months. support not helping.

Have been stuck with my old email account beeing so ancient it got deleted and now i havent been able to play this game for months (created in poe 1 beta. last played a year ago). initially game support told me they could fix this.... but yeah 7 or 8 months later no luck... help anybody...
