I cant use the Premium to Merchants Stashtab upgrade funktion on the website.

I recently discovered that the advanced online trading warehouse we discussed earlier can be converted into an offline trading warehouse through the official website, which would make trading much more convenient for me. I heard this feature was introduced in version 0.3. However, when I followed the tutorial on the webpage today, I couldn't complete the conversion. After clicking through the steps to the business tab upgrade page, it just kept spinning and wouldn't load. What should I do? Please help!
