Hello everyone! This is my first forum guide post but this build is something I've been brainstorming for a week or so now and the chance to be build of the week sounded fun!

The build revolves around the new Void Illusion ascendancy skill on Acolyte of Chayula. It's a buff that causes you to leave an illusion behind when you dodge roll, and it explodes in a huge AoE if hit by an enemy. Normally, it has a 4 sec cooldown at gem level 20, which isn't great for a skill to be your main damage source. That's where the combination of Temporalis, cooldown recovery rate on items, and +X level to all attack skills comes in.

The neat thing about Void Illusion is the cooldown continues to go down as it gains gem levels. The new Perfect Essence of Battle gives +6 level to all attack skills on two-handed weapons, and with Giant's Blood from the Treefingers unique gloves, we use two Two-Handed Maces. The CD isn't the only thing that gets boosted by gem levels. The attack damage scaling goes from 670% at gem lvl 20 to a whopping 1453% at gem lvl 32.

For damage, we get two high elemental damage maces with a strength requirement of around 100 (w/o giant's blood). For suffixes, +6 to attack skills is mandatory and unless it's a lower base, reduced attribute requirements. Then, on the tree, we basically grab any and every poison node possible. Make sure you have 40% chance to poison on hit on the tree so that Wind Dancer/Void Illusion will always Poison.

Original Sin is also mandatory so you all your elemental damage is converted to chaos, which is needed for it to poison. If you can get a chaos resistance corrupt or at least 43% chaos resistance total on the ring, you don't need anymore chaos resistance on your gear with Chayula's Gift allocated.

Fair warning, this is mostly a for fun build. I was able to kill tier 3 pinnacle bosses but it was not easy. A lot of them don't use attacks that hit your void illusions easily. T15s were fine and fun.
