Trapped in Jade isles boss phase one zone

Atlas map, Jade isles, three of us entered boss fight against monoki, cleared phase 1, walked to phase 2, one party member walked in and it gated two of us out of the fight, they died in fight , were able to resurrect out of map. Two of us are stuck in the phase one zone unable to move into next arena, and because this is a "boss fight" portals are disabled. Tried logging out and relogging, tried leaving party and relogging. But two of us are effectively trapped in here with no way to leave.


Also have no idea how if possible to directly contact any support.
