Quest bug – Hammer of Kamasa does not drop after killing boss

I am currently playing the Path of Exile 2 client. There is a quest that requires killing the boss and obtaining the Hammer of Kamasa. However, even after killing the boss several times, the item does not appear and I cannot progress the quest.
