Can I move my points from old account to the new one

So I have 2 accounts, the old one from POE1, which still has 300 points. Now can I move it to the new one?

Hi, I also had the same issue. bought the game but it made me a new account in steam. i was hoping my 300pts from buying the game gets moved to my old account. I already sent an email to support but it has been 4days and im not getting any response. I was hoping i can still make it before stash tab sale end. pls help me. i need to buy me some more stash tabs. :(
