GGG's site not allowing me to upgrade my Pack?

Howdy, - So I've been trying to upgrade to the the next tier PoE 2 Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack over to King of the Faridun Supporter pack. The stranfe thing is, I've tried multiple times, and it keeps denying my payment methods. And I double-checked it wasn't on my end, by adding funds to my Steam Wallet & also checking my balance. So I'm not real sure what's going on?
