Herald of Blood explosions can't inflict bleeding.

Hello,

as the title says, the explosions from Herald of blood can't inflict bleeding on enemies it hits.

So far i have only tested this with bleed chance from gems, and not for bleed chance nodes from the tree nor gear mods.
But even with the Bleed III gem (100% chance to inflict bleed on hit) supporting Herald of blood, the explosions caused by Herald of blood will not inflict bleeds to enemies it hits at all.

Is that intentional or a bug?
