The Kulemak encounter is so fundamentally broken I can't believe it's live content.
I've seen an almost innumerable number of things go wrong in this fight - both times I've engaged it, it has been completely invisible. It becomes visible after the first death (since it WILL get you with the invisible laser beam), but its health bar never renders. It also often manages to use its laser beam WHILE FROZEN (this is particularly fun). On top of that, the damage it does in general is far too high. There is no reaction time if the laser catches me on a character with about 4800 effective hitpoints (3300 of which regenerate at about 1800/s) - I just fall over dead instantly. It's killable, but only through sheer force of respawning and bashing my head on it until I get a series of skill picks from the boss that manages to telegraph properly (and this is FAR from guaranteed - it often uses skills that it doesn't appear to ever telegraph).
This needs to go straight back to the drawing board, and until it's at least MECHANICALLY working correctly, its damage output should be HEAVILY reduced. You can't dodge what you can't see. Last bumped on Sep 13, 2025, 12:56:15 PM

No idea what any of those problems you described are, first time I found him I went in blind and killed all 4 phases with zero deaths or even a hint of a problem. No, not a deadeye.
