Towers Ideas and Rework

If towers are still required to juice all the endgame contents, please give the players full maps access in its radius, basically free "Unique Grand Project Tablet" for every tower. So this will lower the annoying pathing (not really fixed) and not feels burning out with the amount of bad maps area layouts and overlays.

My Tower Ideas:
- Unique Towers
- Let us Regal the Tablets (Or change tablets into scarabs from poe1)
- +1-2 Tablet slots for each tower
- Bigger radius/vision.
- "Free Grand Project Tablet" effect in every tower
