extract from the poison act3

Hello, I was playing Path of Exile 2 with a friend. During the passage of the game in Act 3, there was a quest where you had to find a corpse and get a jar of poison from there, which you had to give to Servi. The fact is that the item fell to a friend, but not to me. I tried to walk alone again later, but nothing fell off the corpse. What do I need to do to get a buff?
