Trade cheaters/botters

Players are either using bots or 3rd party software to snipe cheap items on the market. I tried for a few hours by just live searching normally and trying to get items as fast as I could, and every single time, it says resource not found or item no longer available.

Please make it so that players who plays normally get an opportunity to do so? Implement a timeout for players who always successfully buys an item by sniping.
