Fireball Is Wonkey

I've been exploring some fireball sorc action and it's been kind of fun. After a few hours of playing with it though there seems to be some targeting issues with it. I'm often missing the targets i'm aiming at completely and seen multiple fireballs just fly right over mobs and not hit them. Which makes it feel pretty horrible when it happens as my current set up is already pretty slow.
