cooldown chronomancer with eye of the winter [quick guide]

Hello community,
I've recently discovered a fun to play build with an unusual playstyle I would like to share here without making the hour long effort to write down every detail.

The main combo to clear is quickly casting orb of storms + solar orb (both with rapid casting) followed by 1-2 eye of winter (with riccochet).
The alternative clear spell is flameblast. They are both very impactful and can clear entire mob groups on their own.
Both of these skills have a cooldown, so I give them 2 charges and faster cooldown recovery via support gems. I also reset them with now and again and time snap.
These also apply to convalescence which together with temporal chains on blasphemy and apex of the moment make for a great defense consisting of consistently slowed enemies and a quickly regenerating energy shield (including while being attacked).
For quicker casting and increased flameblast AoE I use quicksand hourglass.

If enemies still survive somehow, I can clear them up with lightning warp.
I also use lightning conduit against shocked enemies and quickly apply shock to bosses via ball lightning.

Another 1-2 skills can be added like elemental weakness to reduce their elemental resistances (in practice enemies die quickly enough that this is not needed, but it is useful on higher tier bosses. It can alternatively be added to blasphemy if your gear has enough additional spirit.) and something like ember fussilade to use up the lightning charges / to use onthe rare occasion that the main damage skills are actually on cooldown.

If you run into mana problems I suggest using the 3 mana cost efficiency passive nodes just a little bit on the right next to the starting node area. You can also slot clarity 1 and 2 into your passive gems, get mana efficiency on gear or use mana remnants (not all of these...). You can get additional skill slots via rings with that implicit modifier and don't underestimate the survival benefit of quicker energy shield recovery for convalescence.
Note: despite using orb of winter, I do not go for cold damage, since the 2 orbs will transform its damage type! This build needs a fire and lightning weapon set + passive skill points.

What I like about my build is that it feels engaging to play, clears at a good pace and feels due to its focus on skills that normally have a long cooldown very distinct from what I've played before. It is also very playable with mediocre gear - I cleared juiced T15 maps with it on SSF gear with total worth less than 100 ex.
