Ultimatum Mobs Blocking Soul Core Altar

In general Ultimatum mobs tend to bug out and be untargetable (but dead?) very very often.. too often actually. Also why is there no option to drop the soul core or teleport out? If a player has decided that the situation requires dropping the soul core to prevent dying/etc., then that should be an option. In the scenario in the screenshot the only solution I found was to log out.. if you are running the wrong modifiers and lack gear, good build then this bug has a very high chance of killing you.
