Power Charges and the witch

Could we please get Offerings to grant charges? Especially Soul Offering—would love to see it give Power Charges.

I unlocked the new Lich variant passives and got really excited when I saw the new node for Offerings and the potential synergy with the Steward node. It seemed like a great setup for a full "minion consumed" blaster build. But then I remembered: Soul Offering doesn’t grant Power Charges. And getting Power Charges on a Witch is a pain—Profane Ritual feels clunky and anti-synergistic, and the Combat Frenzy setup is basically the only viable option.
