Can a Steam player without owning the game on Epic Games buy the supporter pack?

I'm playing this game through the Steam client, but I want to purchase a Cruel Trarthan Executioner supporter pack on Epic Games due to their local pricing. I already linked two account but I don't have Path of Exile 2 Early Access on Epic Games, only I got Steam. Can I login Path of Exile 1 on Epic Games and redeemed supporter pack for my account? If you don't have the game on Epic, then no. You can only buy and use the supporter packs on the platform that you use.
