AFAIK the POE(1 and 2) are available only on geforce now (from popular cloudservices that don't have option to add our game)? Due to really high prices of the subscription, did you consider Amazon Luna? On their site you can sign up the game, so unless there are some restriction from steam, would you consider it? Not only it can help you grow, but also make easier for players as poe2 is really demanding and not everyone has enough to buy / upgrade pc every few years.
