Abyss: unavoidable, too fast, oneshot killers, map completion ruining, pathing blocks = fix please

Reasons why Abyss is bad:

- unavoidable (you can not skip Abyss since you need to kill all rares for map completion)

- terrible abyssal rare monsters:
aoe skills can not be dodged in narrow maps (when multiple rares layer them),
too fast ( not affected by slows correctly & faster than sprinting speed )
too much range ( - off-screen killers )
ignore bad modifier combination restrictions eg. slow auras on fast monsters etc.

- Abyssal nodes block pathing (and prevent skills like fissures etc.)
- Abyssal Depths is much easier than maps (because of map modifiers) and cannot be teleported from (after defeating the boss, hence wasting time with double loading and lengthy entry animations)

- bad risk/reward ratio
