How to fix spectres. (GGG pls read)

Hello, I'm really frustrated at current state of spectres. And I've made a list how to fix that.
1: Cap all spectres MS to minimum as being fast.
2: Remove almost all CD on abilities.
3: Remove weapon swap, and instead add convocation or some sort of.
4: Remove conversion almost on all DMG dealing abilities. Or use correct DMG type on each skill of spectres.
5: Raise DMG numbers, and APS, or add a better scaling methods in order to them be at least decent.
6: In some cases raise HP, or add better HP scale.
7: Add more varied options such as support gems that add flat DMG like: Phys, chaos, elemental.
8: Also add node "Minions are agressive" in feeding frenzy, and in tree nodes. Because most of them have problems with them being really passive, and prefer to do nothing, instead of searching for enemies.
9: Add "Phasing" in spectre gem. Almost all of spectres have same issue that they bodyblock each other.
10: Change their AI, because some of them prefer to not use their skill after CD, or they just refuse to use some of their abilities, or in case of ranged spectres they are prefer to using their melee attack, in that case you need to get rid of melee attacks on range units, as well as force them to use their main spells/abilities.
11: Bring back Auras spectres. As like haste, add phys dmg and etc.
12: Add more gems for more than 2 additional proj, and make multistrike/melee splash.
13: Add more description to spectres skills.

Yeah, QoL first : is there still no way to (easily) manage the spectres in your desecrate spectre bank ?

"is there still no way to (easily) manage the spectres in your desecrate spectre bank ?" No, you dont even have spectre bank. You just have a skill gem with specre that you binded (that can't be traded). TBH that stuff dont bother me like all things that I mention earlier.
