Morior Invictus bug popping up again?

I did a short search (pardon me if I didn't look hard enough) and hadn't seen a recent thread on this so I decided to post. On Standard server I have a Morior Invictus with 5% attributes and 10% elemental resistances per socket filled (5 socket)... have it slotted with 5 of those 2% quality items. It is not giving any attributes bonuses or elemental resistances.

Is there any kind of fix for this, or can it be looked at? thank you
