What's the logic of not being able to use personal hideout as guild hideouts or use the cosmetics?

You can clearly see the cosmetics can be used in some cases in both they're just sold seperately.

This appears to be just PURE GREED. The cosmetics are already a bit absurd but to make you buy it twice and to have guild only ones? Like wtf? I bought the Justice supporter pack thinking that hideout (an extra one) could be used as a guild hideout.

Like wtf. Guilds can hold up to 250 players why are we forced into these tiny locations why can't we use any hideout?

Is GGG really that greedy?
