Legion encounter is friendly while the mercenary is still alive during duel.

Like said in the title.

I was fighting a mercenary that was leeching soo much life I was unable to defeat soo I left the mercenary alone and went on a legion encounter. I was able to break their stasis state and when the legion timer ended, all the enemy I broke the stasis were all friendly. I then theorized it might be because I left the mercenary alive. Then I aggroed the mercenary to the legion encounter and nothing happened. Then I successfully defeated the mercenary after a long fight and then all the legion enemies turned red bar and became hostile once again. So I think the enemies that was tagged friendly in the legion encounter while the mercenary is still alive during a duel is a bug.
