chilled ground and temporal chains slow combo in maps

Chilled ground and temporal chains slow combo on player in maps makes mapping experience really bad. Please limit the amount of slow player can get. It's close to unplayable.

Yea I really hope they pay attention to this. Temporal chains & Chilled grounds is just AWFUL. Not fun.
