Inquiry Regarding Unexpected Chat Ban

Upon returning home from work today, I discovered I had received a 4-day chat ban. I was not home during this period and had left my computer running Path of Exile 2 earlier in the morning before leaving for work.
To clarify:
I was away from my computer for the entire duration of the ban.
I have not interacted with any chat channels (global or otherwise) since leaving for work.
While I do have cats that could potentially access my keyboard, it is highly improbable they triggered a 4-day ban—especially given the absence of any chat activity to my knowledge from my account during this time.
I believe this ban may have been issued in error and would appreciate a review of the incident. Thank you for your time and assistance.
