black hole rare finisher effect

So just 10 minutes ago i purchased the black hole finisher effect from the official poe website. Before i did i searched up if microtransactions does cross compatibility for the black hole rare finisher effect and it said it does as long as they are not "hyper-Specific". i restarted my game and everthing and when i go to my cosmetic tab the black hole rare finisher effect does not show up. Can you please help me?
