I don't know if that will make Atlas/Towers a mechanic people enjoy investing their time in. Maybe over time they will continue to add more mechanics native to the Atlas itself to interact with to make it feel rewarding and interactive.

I'm still holding out on hopium that they'll consider that Charter idea someone suggested on the forums last league. Especially after playing Interludes and feeling like "this is kinda like if Endgame was loosely modelled after that dude's suggestion."

I wanna spend my time in the game mindlessly smashing mobs, But I don't wanna spend hours and hours just to hunt for towers that will last me only efficiently for a few maps.

I'm done with the league for now, and will wait for the next 0.4 patch, Hopefully solves some of the concerns that the player base has.
