L2 Trigger on Controller
I realize L2 is used for secondary bar and some game interface interactions. This apparently is bound to the hold L2 skill.
I find that I am one button/skill-slot short with the default binding menu. I need to fit in Emergency Reload. :) A suggestion to consider is that L2 trigger default to the hold behavior and also allow binding a skill for press button behavior. So now I can quickly press (not hold) L2 and use a skill, or hold it to get the default Activate Secondary Skill Set behavior and exit Abyss with it, etc. Just a thought. Currently I'm just gonna bind my Emergency Reload skill there and just miss out on the the secondary skills set (which I don't need/use it seems) or it's other functions like exiting abyss, changing zoom level etc. I'm rather noob to playing on console/controller, been PC for years in game, so I don't know if this suggestion would break other things. The default binding aren't great for console. I actually rebind the secondary swap to x ("a" on xbox). Interact is on triangle. Weapon Swap on square. I leave dodge on circle.
This setup basically lets me use the trigger for all my actions. Using secondary swap is actually easier for me with the setup also. |
