Level 9 Spirit Gem 30 Exalts On Currency Exchange?!

There's a few cases of things like this that are a bit.. huh? Lesser runes going for 5+ exalts a piece when Greater runes going for 1 or less. Just a quick suggestion maybe something like the ability to break down greater runes.. vendor skill/spirit gems for the lower level version. A small but welcome QoL fix for the people enjoying rerolling and exploring.

the lower the level, the lower the requirements for str/dex/int. It's important for some utility skills (marks/corpse exposion/frost bomb) to stay low level if build utilize other main stat.

For example using electric mark as int/str character will costs you a lot of dex (41 at lvl 7, 100+ at lvl 18+).
So there is some lvl9 gems which are wannable for endgame, yet it's easier to buy 9lvl uncut gem rather then farm it.
