Second Maven's invitation in a row that Crescent Splinter don't drop

As it is on the title, it's the second time in a row that I beat the Maven's Invitation bosses without dying in a row and the Crecent Splinter do not drop. Checking the internet to see if I'm doing something wrong, saw that it is a bug. What to do to fix that? Bug Report ID: #892.097.306
