My monk on PS5 has no basic attack

When I load in on path of exile 2 I have a monk that I play in seasonal whose level 17 and for some reason he has no basic attack and the second skill I have beside it also doesn't work. I want to continue playing my monk and I don't wanna delete the character and start over. It seems to be anytime I mess around with the hot keys that this "glitch" seems to happen and I'm hoping to just get it fixed I'm on ps5 my PSN is MajinDmaru and my monk is named Baxtrum. Any help or insight on what to do would be appreciated.
