Gold Charm Bug

I have this bug where my gold charms don't have any charges and can't gain any charges at all. It says otherwise in description but when I tried it with a rare enemy no change happened with my rarity stat. This happened with all gold charms, even the unique ones (I know I have hit the well a lot of times it doesn't work)

pls fix i cant use rarity stuff.

It's a little hard to see in the screenshot, but they are equipped with Ingenuity, which can have either increased or reduced charges used.
