Atrocious performance makes me want to quit the game

I would theoretically like 0.3 for all the game-related changes it brought but the abysmal performance is killing my will to continue on with this league. I used to get solid 100 to 120 fps but now this patch I'm dropping down to low 40. How is that possible??
