Lythara not dropping spirit

Hello guys,
I encountered a problem with Lythara on my twink. After killing her, she doesnt drop the spirit item and isnt marked as killed on the map. Any one of you encountered the same issue? Already killed here twice. Last bumped on Oct 15, 2025, 6:07:04 PM

For me it is marked as killed but no spirit.
