Lack of mid league balancing - hands off approach to an early access alpha?

Skills aren't getting buffed mid league (you could literally change a single interger to fix most of them...) and not many builds are being tested or even played.
Even POE1 leagues had more balance changes mid-league, why is 0.3 abandoned? You basically released it, fixed some bugs, then moved on?
No other game in this genre does this, your previous game didn't do it, and no early access game does this.

This "Hands off" approach to running an early access ALPHA is the most baffling thing I've ever seen.

I'm waiting for 0.3.1 for class balance mid league...

I want to lvl a lich minion build that I can only sprint while my minions clear the map AND I AM SRSLY WAITING FOR IT

Because, my LA deadeye is close to that at maps...
Other classes should do it too.

BUFF ALL classes but deadeye (its at a fine spot)

Can we get a mid league buff on uniques?
Srsly, I cant even think using them on leveling.

Can we have a unique tier? Just like the currencies?
Unique at how it is should be tier 3... and at map start they could be buffed to the point of being used to start mapping...
And later on, every unique could have uber stats but being rare to find (like tier 0 drops are)

I welcome nerfs AND buffs mid league.
they have a second game to dev now, they gave people a fun build and crafting options specifically for the fun build, so you either play the fun build or get bunch o' pan. so it just depends if you like fun or pain.
Early access = updates, changes and experiments.

But now we got something that is treated as game, but still got bugged and is in progress :)

Yeah, this is not an early access game AT ALL.
It's a buggy release.
At this point, I would like to see more mid season balancing especially buffs on 2 week basis. I get avoiding mid season nerfs unless something is bugged/broken. Early game feels sluggish aside obvious standout build/skills and replaying campaign is uninspiring for alts. Most skills and uniques feel lethargic with leveling/progressing (generally outdated before you hardly use them). Kind of silly leveling and using a bow/xbow for most class fantasies.
Jonathan treats PoE 2 EA like an actual live server, and he doesn't understand the principle on why Chris didn't do mid league buffs/nerfs/changes that could impact builds and economy back then (unless its very dire).

+1 necessary to get to 1.0 quicker, but it ain't gonna happen. People cry too hard. The worst part of poe 1 and 2 is the players.
