Character voice lines should be audible to party members!

Hello! My friend and I have taken notice of the fact our characters' voice lines fit perfectly in a party play context, but they are not audible to the other players in the party. I think it'd be very immersive if players can hear (and read) the voice lines from their party members' characters during gameplay.
