Dev's lack of response is bad

The lack of responses on threads in the bug reporting section is terrible.

We are trying to make the game better by saying there are problems essentially working for GGG by being outsourced bug tested and QA analysts.
Yet GGG does not respond, acknowledge, or seek more information about the problems players are facing. Nor do they educate players on what they could be doing wrong.

It's very frustrating to pay for early access to a free game, do what basically amounts to volunteer work for that product you paid for, and get ignored.

I doubt I'll be coming back to POE2 before it's released unless they at MINIMUM acknowledge more issues.

My case in point is the multiple threads on a "Whirlwind disappearing/not appearing" bug that is build-breaking.

If anyone else is having issues with a bug that has had 0 responses from devs in over 2 weeks please let us know here!
