palm skills constantly not hitting
Hi, I'm using shattering palm, staggering palm and hand of chayula. All of them say hit can't be evaded and 100% chance to hit. However, more often than not they move me and make the sound/effect/animation but don't hit anything. It seems they stop moving before they reach the target so they "hit" thin air, failing to trigger their effects and damage.

PS: this is not new, I noticed this in previous leagues but I never stuck with those skills so I didn't care. Now they are important in my build and the behavior is really annoying.

This is not new, I think it's an issue with strike range. Happens with all palm skills and other single-target strike skills like cull the weak. I really hope they fix this one soon because it's annoying to jump to an enemy and just not hit it. It's not an accuracy issue either, it has something to do with the mob moving out of strike range while you're traveling to it.

I am experiencing the same with hand of chayula. Want to note that it started happening immediately after allocating "Reaching Strike" which gives +2 to strike range.

My report got buried but same here. It's most noticeable on "hilly" maps with varying heights.

Bump for great justice. Distance calc is involved. Wonky with no change to strike range, wonky in a distinctly different way with the +16 stick.

After 0.3.1 for some reason this has become way way way way worse. I use hand of chayula to get charges and I did it very very consistently right before the patch. After the patch, without changing anything at all now I can go through entire breaches and maps and I simply can't get any charges. I also use shattering palm and almost all uses are not doing anything either. It sometimes moves me but doesn't hit and sometimes I don't even move, it does the animation in place and nothing happens.
