Laging like hell in x boc s series

so im laging on x box and funny not all zones i start to play and its ok but change the zone like a progres in game start to lag then i die and somthimes fix it self after dieing . In the 20 min its unplayeble
i tryd all rsstart x box ,change gatway ,resset x box deleting all che , reinstaling a game check my internet and nothing igs just unplayeble
