Console Experience & UI Feedback

I'm typing this on my work laptop, so I might miss a few things (and please forgive any grammatical errors, the laptop is tiny....)

Below I have listed out different parts of the console experience I gathered through all my hours so far (approximately 600). I feel these issues take away from the intended final experience, so I have also added suggested solutions, all coming from a vantage point as a casual console player with 0 access to any PC tools.

In no particular order of importance:

- Chatting on console is, politely put, frustrating

Having to have a keybind specifically for typing is very off-putting to say the least. I'm not a programmer, so I'm sure there is a technical reason to not have us simply use a keyboard normally (as most other games with a chatbox do), but surely there must be a better way than this. Perhaps Utilize the dial-up menu to instead send short presets to the chatbox?

Speaking of, the chatbox itself is always in the way of my HP/status icons. If I try to circumvent this by changing the HUD to side only I'm forced to keep it to the right side (and not every player will want using a compact HUD). We need a way to move the chatbox individually, similar to how we can adjust the safe area.

- Lack of HUD/UI control

Simply put, due to the nature of a console most people (myself included) tend to play on a bigger TV. This often makes the UI upscale a lot more than it needs to, while keeping other elements (text) smaller. We simply need an option to change different HUD elements' size individually. So if I want a smaller HP orb, or move it, it won't also affect every other element on the screen.
Similarly, we also need a way to change the HUD scale and position of Bosses and Monsters. Sometimes (when there are 2+ Unique), the bars stack next to each other and I can barely see.

Similarly, if I am playing a witch and I have a lot of minions, the moment I join any party all the party and minion elements start overlapping with the chatbox as well and it all becomes a mess.

Additionally, there should be separate Map scaling options for the minimap and the big map.

- Unlocking the cursor in Atlas/Passive Tree

This is mostly a pet peeve, and a comfort thing than anything else, but I do find it frustrating that the cursor automatically jumps to the nearest node the moment you stop moving it. It makes navigating the skill tree very tedious, like I'm fighting something. Especially if I want to allocate passive points on the go.

- Better Target Indicators

This is not as big of an issue on PC, due to having a cursor, but on console in later game (and especially in late maps) it can be very difficult telling which enemy you are targeting. When there are 20 spells going off and all you have to base for accuracy is a feint red outline, it's not good.
There should be some sort of indicator, such as a subtle UI element, or a dye-able sort of "crossbar", that we can follow to better know where our target is.

Additionally, while the targeting system HAS improved significantly since 0.1, it is still clunky. I feel sometimes it's too sensitive, while other times not responsive at all. Changing controller settings does nothing. A great example is the Detonate skill you gain from the "Skeletal Arsonists" minions. I can't count how many times I have been directly aiming at my low HP minions and watching my character perform the animation directly at the target, and yet it misses. It just does not feel consistent. I'm not a developer, so I can't offer solutions, I'm simply giving feedback.

- The Party/Lobby system does not work 50% of the time

I know this is not console exclusive, but half the time, whenever I try to join a party that has 4 or 5 players it just does not join.
Very often, when I get to the bottom of the list, it will become glitched and it won't let me scroll up or down and I have to close it and reopen.
Additionally, it keeps showing me parties from EVERYWHERE, not just locally.

Parties should be listed by zone/map. It should say the location of the host.
