Do projectiles snapshot passive tree?

From Snapshot article from PoE1 wiki:

"
Hits are fundamentally dynamic; they always use your current stats. Changes to your stats will immediately affect mid-flight projectiles, ongoing effects that hit, and skills used by existing proxies.

Is this true for PoE2? I'd like to assign all the damage and max poison nodes to one weapon set and use it with Twister, but I'm not sure that projectiles will use the same stats if I swap to another weapon set.

The same goes for mark skills. Do they snapshot passive tree?

Bump because i have a similar question.
Do created objects e.g., [ice-wall, bell, etc] snap shot?

Like if put down an icewall using a wand & caster passive nodes, then switch to a quarter staff & melee nodes to smash it, will the detonation use the dmg of my stats when I first cast it?
